Anna Weinstein is the Director of Jewish Life at Loyola University. She hails from Wilmette, Illinois and now lives in the Lakeview/Ravenswood neighborhood. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana as their first Jewish Studies Major. Currently, Anna is pursuing a Master's in Jewish Experiential Education from Hebrew College, and is also a member of the prestigious Ezra Fellowship through Hillel International. Anna has also had extensive experience working in the Jewish day camp world and local synagogues as an experiential educator. She is thrilled to begin her third school year with Metro Chicago Hillel and knows this will be the best year yet, thanks to all her amazing students and colleagues. In her free time, Anna loves singing and playing guitar, exploring Chicago restaurants with her fiancé, watching Netflix documentaries, and trying to teach herself how to play the Djembe.
