The High Holidays are right around the corner and this year Metro Chicago Hillel and Base have new expanded offerings! Register for services and meals over the High Holidays at Base Hillel this year! All services will be led by Rabbi Megan and/or Rav Ezra. They are open to people of all levels and will be a mix of traditional prayers, singing, readings and explanations. All services and meals are free for students (please bring student ID with you). We also welcome young adults (mid-30s and under) to buy tickets to join us.

Rosh Hashanah

Sunday, September 29th:

  • 6:30 pm: Services for Metro Chicago Hillel students

  • 7:30 pm: Dinner for Metro Chicago Hillel students

Monday, September 30th: 

  • 10:00 am: Services followed by lunch -Learner-friendly traditional musical service led by Rabbi Megan

  • 1:30 pm: Taschlich -We will walk down to the lake together and cast our transgressions into the water. BYOBread or we'll have some for you! Meet at Base Lincoln Park
