Volunteers are expected to dress and groom themselves neatly and modestly in clothes that are appropriate for a dignified serving environment.  Volunteers must wear shoes with covered toes to protect against hot liquids and sharp falling objects.  Clothing or apparel with inappropriate/offensive pictures or lettering is also not permitted.   Other examples of inappropriate dress are bare midriffs, unbuttoned/revealing shirts/blouses/pants, sports jerseys without a shirt underneath, short skirts or short shorts, undershirts/undergarments worn as outerwear. This rule applies to both males and females. Volunteers dressed inappropriately will be sent home at the discretion of the Kitchen Coordinator.
