Dog lover, stationery enthusiast, glass-half-full believer

Roni Provizor is the Israel Fellow for Metro Chicago Hillel. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in 2024 from Kibbutzim College, Tel Aviv, majoring in English and English Education. During her studies, she participated in a student exchange program in Munich, Germany. Having become the program’s representing body for Israel and Judaism, Roni felt a strong sense of responsibility to share her story, culture and heritage. She grew up in Rehovot, also known as the city of science and home to the best orange juice in all of Israel. It was there where she began her career as an elementary school English teacher. She is committed to learning from every experience and is a firm believer in the power of education. She is always looking for ways to foster creativity and to encourage curiosity.

In her free time, you will probably find Roni exploring Chicago with her digital camera in hand, collecting stickers, receipts and other miscellaneous items that will come in handy for her journaling sessions!
